〇We reterned Lae lae island. Mr. Ade, Ms. Dera and Ms. Ummi analysed portable microscope.

〇Purpose of the experiment

Along the coastline, Collect zoo plankton using planktonnet.

Experimentl method

Collect seawater using plankton net in the vertical direction about 5 meters from the edge of the beach.

Store the collected seawater in a storage (Sample) bottle.

The sample is analized with a portable microscope (Reimei-Fujii, RXT203)

We prepare 4 holes Slide Grass, Pinset, Spoit(pipette) and needle.

We take the Microscope picture is statics(stieel) and dinamics(video) mode.
